Refund Policy

The user can ask for a refund if they are unable to access the course because of technical problems with the app or website, don't get the resources they were promised, or bought the wrong course from The refund request will then go through the verification process.

Procedures to request a refund :

You have up to 48 hours after making a purchase to submit a refund request for an individual course or a course package that you have already paid for.

To make a claim for a refund, carry out the following steps on a computer :

Email us about your problems or issues at [email protected] on working days and provide the email address that you provided to your profile at platform.

You will receive an email from a representative of the customer care team containing a form to officially submit the request for a refund. On this form, you will be required to provide information regarding the purchase.

Requests for refunds are only deemed to be legitimate if they are made within 48 hours of the original purchase, correspondingly contacted and notified by contacting [email protected]. You must also clearly state your email address and phone number that were used during registering.

Within 7-10 working days following's successful processing and approval of the customer's refund request, the refund will be reimbursed to the customer in the form of a voucher or to the payment method that was used by the customer to make the original payment. It is to be noted that The Bank or Mobile Finance Services or any other medium might change a portion of the refund as payment processing fee. Moreover, it is to be noted that, the 5% VAT that was charged, will not be reimbursed. The user will receive a confirmation email with this information.

Refund will not be applicable if :

Your refund or complaint request was made more than 48 hours following your purchase.

If within the 48-hours complaint period you have already obtained your Course Certificate, you are no longer qualified for a refund.

You won't be eligible for a refund if you submit a complaint within the allotted 48 hours and obtain your certificate of completion during the following 7 days.

The refund procedure will already be in motion when you make a refund request. As a result, if you finish an activity (see a video, take a quiz or test, or download course materials) and continue with the course, you will not be qualified to request a refund. You won't be qualified for a refund if you watch more than 5 premium/paid films before asking for one.

If you've bought an electronic book.

If the first day of class for a subscription-based course you've bought has already begun.

Refund will be applicable if :

A transfer to another course can be made by presenting a voucher in the event that the customer made a mistaken purchase or if they want to buy another course. If the cost of the new course is greater than the cost of the previously purchased course, the user must pay the difference to using their selected payment method.

If the price is lower than the course that was purchased, will refund the user the difference using the original payment method.

If is unable to deliver the resources as stated in the course, or if you accidentally bought a live class rather than a recorded class, you will be refunded.

When you request a refund :

Your registered course will be temporarily frozen when you submit a refund request. will notify you through email if your refund request has been accepted within three working days of receiving it. If your refund request is approved, you will be withdrawn from the course and your progress will be erased. If you want to repurchase the course, you must start from the beginning.
