The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased from Us.
We provide website and application features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at website or application. By subscribing to or using any of our products/services you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by the Refund Policy, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services.

Policy:
  1. A Refund Request will be considered valid only if it is made through an email to support@shikkha.xyz or through the Shikkha.xyz App clearly specifying your email address and phone number used during registration within 48 hours of the purchase.

    No refund request will be accepted after 48 hours of the purchase. Please contact customer support for a solution. We will confirm the user after successfully processing and approving the refund claim by email.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    1. A Refund Request will be considered valid only if it is made through an email to support@shikkha.xyz clearly specifying your email address, phone number used during registration within 48 hours of the purchase.
    1. Please mention Transaction ID in the email.
    2. No refund request will be accepted after 48 hours of the purchase.
    3. If we successfully approve your refund request from our end, it will take on average 21-28 days for the Bank or Mobile Finance Services or any other medium to process the transaction after being successfully processed and approved by Us.
    4. The Bank or Mobile Finance Services or any other medium might charge a portion of the refund amount as payment processing fee.
    5. The confirmation of successful Refund will be sent to you by email. Company solely has the right to change the policy at any time without any prior notice. Please keep updated for each transaction you make.
