Umme Aklima Alam, the co-founder of Punizz Kitchen, has been baking for twelve years with excellence.

Baking for Mrs. Alam started as a hobby but it grew as a passion.   

Self-taught, Mrs. Alam founded Punizz Kitchen in 2013 and started her professional baking career.

She is an alumni of North South University and University of Greenwich, London. After acting as a faculty of University of Liberal Arts for three years she is now a full-time baker and cake-decorator.
